Finding a properly fitting quality clothes is difficult to find by many petite women. It’s only recently that designers target fashionable clothing on petite women.

Fashion is about confidence. Today’s petite women find more and more stores devoted to meeting the needs of the short stature. Avoid bold, large patterns with heavy fabrics. Smaller frames deserve smaller prints. Avoid too much jewelry. Jewelry can overpower a small frame. Wear light weight material when layering.

When you’re wearing separate, avoid wearing contrasting colors such as white top and black skirt. Just wear the same color to create a continuous flow from your head to toe. These styles will compliment the attributes that you do have, and pairing any of these styles with high heeled sandals, stilettos, or high heels boots will go far in projecting a taller frame.
